We get there just in time for the parade
We visit Minnie's kitchen in her house.
The new Disney California Adventure opened in February, so we go check it out! With only 10 or so real rides, it's a lot smaller than Disneyland. But it's better landscaped - a nice place to hang out with fewer kids. The adjacent Downtown Disney shopping is fun too.
Come visit! I'm getting an annual pass so come visit in LA any time and we can check it out! |
Mom meets up with Chip near Grizzly mountain. Later in the day, we see Mickey and
Goofy, but they're swamped with kids so we move on.

Mom hangs out at the Wolfgang Puck Avalon Cove restaurant, with a great view of the Sun
Wheel and the people getting freaked out by the roller coast that zooms from 0 to 55 mph
in 5 seconds!
